The Industrial Minerals Technology Workshop Announced

Released on March 20, 2017

The Industrial Minerals Technology Workshop is about one month away. This year’s workshop is taking place in St. Paul, Minnesota on April 24 - 26, 2017 at the Intercontinental St. Paul Riverfront Hotel.

We have reserved a block of rooms for $125 a night, please click here, or call 1-651-292-1900 and let them know you are with the Industrial Minerals Technology Workshop to get this rate. Our room block is expiring soon, so please make your reservations ASAP!

We have a very strong program lined up for you this year, which will kick off with a mine tour at Unimin Corporation in Minnesota as part of this meeting. That tour will be taking place on Monday, April 24th with a bus departing the hotel around Noon and returning before 5:00 PM. The space for this tour is limited to the first 30 registrants. So if you would like to go on this tour, please sign up soon as we only have a few spots left!

We will then have an opening reception on Monday evening in our exhibit hall. On Tuesday April 25th and Wednesday April 26th, we will have a full day and a half of educational presentations from experts in the mining industry on the latest developments in safety, health and technology impacting the industrial sand and minerals industry. The full program is attached.

If your company is sending multiple people to this event, please make sure you look at the discount options for registering 4 (or more) or 10 (or more) employees. You can also reserve a meeting room if you'd like to take advantage of having several of your employees from different places all in the same spot for a company side-bar meeting either before or after our meeting. Just let IMA-NA staff know, and we can help make the arrangements for you.
